ChatGPT: Tired of reading? Watch people talking instead!

Just a quick post today. Nik and I were able to join our Faculty Development Director Chiara Ferrari and others to host a webinar for the campus about ChatGPT. There were a variety of perspectives offered, including some I strongly disagree with, but it was an important ongoing conversation. Nik and I do an overview in the first 15-20 minutes if you are looking for a way to get started in thinking about this work in the classroom. One thing we did not cover was the capacity of the program to make up sources out of whole cloth--what some people are calling hallucinations. Nik is authoring a piece later this week. I will link it here when it goes live.
